Oldham Athletic Community Trust, supported by Oldham Athletic Football Club, are providing the opportunity for local grassroot clubs to be a part of a Christmas day-out.
The event will be on Saturday, 2nd December as Latics face Boreham Wood (3pm kick off) and aims to provide an affordable Christmas social opportunity for local teams.
As part of the day:
• Each team will have the opportunity to have a squad photograph feature in the match day programme.
• One team will be chosen at random to win a signed Oldham Athletic football for their club.
• One team will be chosen at random to walk-out with the away team at Boundary Park for a fixture (TBC) later in the season.
Teams are able access complimentary child tickets for players in the team, in addition to half-price adult tickets (priced at £10) for the Oldham Athletic Family Stand.
Each complimentary child ticket given must be accompanied with the purchase of a half-price adult ticket (for example a request for 16 complimentary child tickets must therefore match with the purchase of 16 half-price adult tickets).
Additional tickets can be purchased at full price. In addition, each team is asked to nominate one person to be in sole charge of the bookings to avoid duplication and help with the administration of the event.
The Community Trust only have a limited number of tickets for the day and once the allocation has been sold unfortunately no more will be available.

“The grassroots day is all about getting local teams to come down to Boundary Park prior to Christmas to enjoy an affordable team day out whilst celebrating how successful grassroots football is in Oldham. We have a strong local network of clubs & teams and we look forward to seeing them represented on the 23rd”.
The grassroots day is limited to those teams currently playing U14s football and below.
