Oldham Athletic Community Trust are back at Boundary Park with exciting community matchday engagement!

Matchday Mascots:

Avalon, Jenson, Liam and Freddy lead the team out today as we enjoy the first 3pm home game at Boundary Park of the new year!

All 4 have a different favourite player. Freddy favours captain Liam Hogan with Avalon being a fan of Devarn Green. Liam plays as a midfielder idolises Josh Lundstram with James Norwood being Freddys favourite player.

Team Hill Charity Spotlight:

Team Hill Charitable Trust is a registered Charity set up in 2019 to 'Make a Difference' in the world - raising money through a variety of extreme challenges and fun, social events that bring the community together - to support local families and good causes and international projects in Uganda, providing health care and education for children and young people.

Steve Hill MBE is first and foremost a teacher in Oldham but a teacher with a difference. He takes on immense challenges each year raising to date over £100,000 for good causes as he pushes the boundaries to help inspire others.

Steve, the founder of Team Hill Charitable Trust and Ambassador for the Duke of Edinburgh’s Awards, has been awarded an MBE for services to Education and Charity – along with multiple other awards including a National Teaching Award, Inspirational Teacher of the Year, National Happiest School Person and Adventurer of the Year amongst many others.

Steve’s motto is ‘I can and I will’ – he believes that through self-belief, hard work, determination and never giving up anything is in life is possible.

  • Flagbearers

Flagbearers are back for 2024 as we welcome Uppermill Community FC U8s to the pitch this week to welcome the teams out before kick off. 

Our Flagbearer initiative started at the start of the 2023/24 season and we are fully booked for every home game!

  • Tuck Shop

The tuck shop will be OPEN for the Woking game. The tuck shop is now located in the Junior Latics Lounge in the back of the family stand.
